2025 Reunion Letter

THE 5TH INTERNATIONAL HARTMAN REUNION (TREFFEN)

In the mid-19th century, there was a village in Germany near Frankfurt, from this village named Schimborn came the Hartmanns and Rossenbergers

We invite all the descendants of these famous families to come and celebrate together.

WHEN: SUNDAY, AUGUST 24, 2025

WHERE: ST. JOSEPH’S AMERICAN LEGION HALL 28866 POST 464 ROAD ST. LEON, INDIANA 47012

DIRECTIONS TO THE LEGION HALL: Get off I-74 at the St. Leon exit (164), – Head north on State Road 1, DO NOT cross State Road 46 but turn left – go about two-tenths of a mile and then take the road to the right (Post 464 Road) – and this will take you to the Legion Hall – you will see the tank and hall from the road. Watch for signs!

THE DAY’S ITINERARY:

DOORS OPEN: Hall will open at 9:30 AM so that everyone has a chance to view pictures and memorabilia. This will allow plenty of time to get your food dishes setup for lunch.

REGISTRATION: Will begin at 9:30 AM.

MASS: BEGINS AT ST. JOESPH’S AMERICAN LEGION HALL AT 11:00 AM EST IF YOU COME DURING MASS PLEASE ENTER HALL RESEPCTFULLY.

PITCH IN LUNCH: About 12:30 PM. Those traveling less than 1 ½ hours please bring one meat dish and one other dish. Those traveling 1 ½ hours or more please bring snacks. Buffet will be setup on 2 or 3 serving lines for self-serving. Table service will be provided, along with DRINKS which the committee will furnish BEER, SODA, LEMONADE, ICED TEA, COFFEE, AND WATER.

FAMILY MEETING: APPROXIMENTLY 2:00 PM, FOLLOWED BY PICTURE TAKING.
